Questions: SHIPPING and RETURNS

DELIVERIES

All my paintings are signed on the front. Also on the back you have a title of the painting, year it was painted, signature are written on the back of the painting in a certificate of authenticity. We package all of my paintings extremely carefully we use bubble wrap and mainly re - cycled cardboard and bags. We use strong packaging tape and with tape with the word 'fragile' or "handle with care" on the outside.

All shipments will be on a Saturday or Monday. Prints are printed to order so please allow time for this if it is a gift.

OVERSEAS

If you do have any shipping taxes in your country, these are your responsibility.

RETURNS

All artwork bought from me in person or bought from any of the venues I have my art shown at; i.e. on walls of cafes/farm shops/shopping villages or in shops are all "sold as seen" and no returns or money back will be  issued.

It is our aim that you are happy and love your artwork when bought online from my website.

We have a 14 day money back - policy only on art bought from my website.

If the 14 days have gone by, since you have received your artwork, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

To be eligiable to return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packing and returned within 14 days.

*****In the first instance contact us within 2 days of reciving your artwork item to let us know you are returning your artwork item within the 14 days of arrival*****

*****You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, you should concider using trackable shipping service and insurance ( You must send both tracking code and insurance, to us so we can track it too) - we dont guarantee that we will receive your returned artwork item but with trackable code you will be able to see also the track and delivery*****

COMMISSION ARTWORKS

I work with my art customer to create a lovely artwork they are happy with.

1/ I need to discuss size of art, price wanting to spend, time limit, painting medium (mixed media/acrylic etc. ), materials (canvas/wood), which style/ my collections or design you would like me to paint for you. 

2/ I need to discuss colours for the art, room design/wall size/ which room/ home/ office/ business/hotel.

3/ A deposit will be required up front and is non-refundable.

4/ Your artwork will have certificate of authenticity and signed by me.

SALE ITEMS

Only non-sale items will be refunded, bought from this website. 

REFUNDS

Once your item has been recived and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know your artwork has been received if all is well your refund will be processed.

Make an Offer

I am open to offers on certain original paintings. If you have a budget on your mind that you would like to offer for a painting you like. Then please contact me by using the contact form on this my website with the painting name you have in mind and your offer in £ and your email address. All reasonable offers will be considered. I will send an email to you to let you know, if I am happy to accept your offer.
